PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment – 50% deposit on securing bookings, balance either 7 days prior to guest arrival or on day of arrival

2. VISA and Mastercard accepted

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment – 50% deposit on booking and balance 7 days prior to arrival.

2. Smoking – In certain areas only

3. Check-In Time : from 14h00pm; Departure Time: 10h30am

4. Please note : We do not run accounts. All payments are either by direct deposit or credit card

5. Packed Lunches | Picnics – by prior arrangement ONLY

6. Own transport is recommended

7. TOMSA levy not applicable and Single Rate not applicable

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit the full deposit

2. From 8-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 75% of deposit

3. From 15 to 21 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of deposit

4. From 21 to 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 25% of deposit

5. Cancellations must be made in writing.

6.Refunds on deposits already received are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room.
