At Hogsback Inn we can offer you the wedding of a lifetime set in the splendor of the Amatola Mountains
You can choose to have your wedding ceremony in our lovely and prestigious gardens framed by the mountains with the backdrop of a stream running through. Alternatively you may wish to use St. Patricks on the Hill Chapel which is situated a short drive through the village
Our basic wedding reception package includes;
- The hire of the venue (Banquet hall or Conference Hall)
- The services of our specialised Wedding Co-ordinator
- Garden location for your photo session
- The use of our bar ‘The Tavern’ (Cash or Tab bar available)
- Honeymoon Suite for the Wedding couple (including breakfast)

Horse and Carriage
There is nothing more majestic than arriving at your wedding ceremony in a horse and carriage
Mark Andersen, whom is the owner of the Hogsback Inn hotel, kindly offers this specialized service.
To arrive at the chapel in a beautiful carriage drawn by horses can only to creating the most wonderful and unforgettable day of your livers.
Our service includes a return journey from the Hogsback Inn to St. Patricks on the Hill Chapel. A journey taking you down the main street of Hogsback before assending the hill to the Chapel, there are a number of opportunities to stop for some wonderful photos.
Even if you are being married in our Hotel we can still offer you a symbolic trip through Hogsback in our horse drawn carriage before returning you to the reception.
Our Banquet Hall seats 45 and features a patio with magnificent views and a dance floor. It has curtains on four walls, neutral décor and crystal chandeliers.
Our Conference Hall seats 80-100 It has curtained, vaulted ceilings, neutral décor with wrought iron and crystal chandeliers.
The Conference Hall leads into the Banquet Hall which can also be used if you require a buffet or additional dance floor.
We hire in a magnificent marquee to seat 500 to cater for larger weddings which has the added bonus of being set in the heart of our stunning grounds.
